Cb44 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation or involvement in fraudulent activity.
• If a user registers using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If there is any involvement in money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• If a user fails to cooperate with KYC verification.
• If evidence of betting rule violations or collusion is found.

If an account is suspended, the user must await the outcome of the investigation. If an account is closed, funds linked to any illegal activity may be forfeited. Users wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact the support team and ensure all pending withdrawals are completed first.
